Hi Zachary, I got your call that you were on your way, saw truck outside, but never saw you actually service my property. My mom and I were both working from home. Neither dogs nor Ring camera picked up any activity. Then I called you back, no answer. Then I got an email stating my exterior was serviced. I think you made a mistake and have to return.

Hello, it was great meeting you this morning. Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service. Upon arrival we spoke about wasp activity being seen in the back yard. We are unable to do preventative/broadcast treatments for flying insects as we need to treat them directly. I found 1 dead wasp nest to top right of home and removed nest. I started exterior treatment by removing visible cobwebs and installing termite monitors to each corner of home. I treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. I then applied a liquid treatment to all baseboards in the living room, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen, basement and garage. On the exterior, I inspected and didn’t find any issues currently.
